Hiring for Legal Team for Telecom Compliance role.

Qualification : LLB

Detailed JD :

- Liaison with Ministry of Communications & IT DOT.

- Conversant with working and coordinating with WPC/NOCC /DOS/TRAI/WPC RLO's/CCA/TEC/TERM Cell and Antrix Corporation .

- Knowledge of licensing work viz. procedure for filing application for new licenses as Unified License Policy, permissions and authorization service wise as per NTP 2012.

- Conversant with National Frequency Allocation plan including spectrum allocation use policy for various license authorization under Unified License, Spectrum pooling, sharing and trading Policy of MOC & IT DOT.

- Conversant with OSP Policy applicability/Approval procedure from Respective TERM Cells.

- Handling all compliances related to operations of OSP

- Coordinating inspection and audits with Vigilance Cell of MOC & IT.

- Vetting of global RFPs for telecom connectivity as per GOI guidelines.

- Conversant with broadband, rural telephony and USOF.

- Conversant with security policy & FDI norms in Telecom sector.
