HCL - GM/DGM/Group Manager/Sr Manager/Manager/DM - FP&A - Business Finance - CA/CWA

- Financial Planning function supporting the business leadership in day to day business forecasting and to play a true business partner role including blowing the whistle from business performance point of view proactively.

- Ensure budgeting, forecasting, reporting are done with quality and within SLA

- Role would involve deep and in depth business metrics/P&L analytics to arrive at root cause and drive action through the business teams.

- The role would be to manage a L1/L2 Business unit/leader.

- Openings also exist in role of MIS function where one would play the role of consolidation of MIS, review of the reports from business finance and timely reporting.

Position open for various levels with experience range from 7 to 15 years.

Skills Required :

- Prior work experience in IT/ITES is a must ( experience in FP&A and contract management / business finance roles preferred)

- Very good communication skills, presentation and FP&A skills needed

- Strong analytical mind, excellent Excel and Power Point skills are essentials

Qualification : CA / CWA / CIMA
