Job description: Senior Manager-IA

HCL IA dept is looking for CA with around 8-10 years experience in audits for being Backup for person heading the Financial & Operations audits in HCL. The candidate is required to support the in-house auditors with value add inputs in audits being carried out by them, coordinating with co-sourced audit firms for timely completion of audits, follow up with auditors for closure of open gaps. The candidate would be involved in control reviews in case of changes in Business processes.

Technical skills:

- Hands-on good experience in SAP (FI, MM, SD)

- Strong MS office knowledge and PPT skills.

- Practical exposure to Internal controls (Financial Reporting)

- An analytical mind, and problem solving abilities.

Qualification:

- CA /CS / ICWA (preferably CA)

Experience:

- 8-10 years post qualification audit experience covering internal and/or external audit, process re engineering, process reviews.

- Exposure to audits in IT industry is preferred

Management effectiveness skills

- Confident, Determined and person with Professional Outlook

- Candidate must be able to meet the deadlines.

- Should be team player. Must have the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally.

Communication skills

- Strong report writing and presentation skills,

- Excellent spoken and written communication skill.
