Position reports to

Head – IA & RM

Qualifications - Essential

Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA + BE

Work (essential)

- Should have managed / headed ERM function;

- Should have hands-on experience in implementing ERM framework;

- Minimum work experience of 7-8 years handling ERM function;

Work (desirable)

- Work experience in IT / ITeS industry will be an added advantage

- Good knowledge of ICFR and clause 49 requirements;

Industry

Industry (preferably IT/ITeS) or Consulting (any big 4)

Skills - Essential

- Excellent presentation, communication and interviewing skills;

- Excellent analytical skills;

- Understanding analysts’ reports;

- Should be a Go-getter;

- Prior experience of implementing an automated tool for ERM;

- Should be good in use computer applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ;

- Should possess good inter-personal skills;
