HCL - Executive - Presales/Bid Management - Human Resource Outsourcing Practice (7-12 yrs)

Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the presales Life Cycle of Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Practice of HCL Technologies Ltd. DPO division. The Executive will be involved in doing domain research, creating capability decks, responding to Analyst Request for Information (RFI) and assist the team in designing customer solution in the sales cycle and end-to-end RFx management. The Executive will support the HRO sales team with the required service offering information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Accountabilities) :

- Extensive domain (HRO) specific research and creating capability material in tandem with HCL offerings

- Responding to Analyst Request for Information

- Anchoring end-to-end client visits

- Developing and delivering customer and partner facing presentations & Solutions

- Planning of sales strategies, positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business

- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the Sales

- Working with the Team to edit content / perform quality writing and create impactful proposals

- Collaborate with all stakeholders, including Sales, Operations and Delivery during deal pursuits

- Understanding client requirement through RFX / Client interaction and assisting in creating solutions that covers the overall solution approach; transition model & timeline, operating model with proposed governance structure, SLAs / KPIs, process improvement and transformation and more

- Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission

- Ability to contribute in creating presentation for solution defense and defend the same with the client

- Assist in Due Diligence (DD) & Transition activities

- Keeping abreast with the market and create new offering whenever required

- Creation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle

- Proactively scanning the environment for new ideas, trends, benchmarking; understands the competitive landscape and industry best practices (multi-channel etc.)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :

The minimum education requirements :

- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field

The minimum experience requirements :

- At least 7 - 12 years of experience in Human Resource operations and consulting role or any other related field and areas.

CONTINUING EDUCATION & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS :

- Every industry or domain is ever changing with newer trends which is unprecedented and therefore, coping up and keeping oneself abreast of the changes are paramount. Therefore, continuing education in the form of reading, certification maintenance, research, workshops and seminars, and contact with other HRO professionals are necessary to maintain knowledge level

- Understanding of various employment laws across the globe especially where HCL is currently operating and prospective clients

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

- Experience in KPO / BPO pre-sales (bid management, due diligence etc.)

- Pre-sales support in the form of RFx/bid management, preparing proposals, presentations, creating research and business reports

- Establishing processes & templates for streamlined responses to RFPs, RFIs or other customer touch points

- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients

- Strong customer service orientation

- Should have passion to read and learn about new technology trends in the industry and propose them to clients or prospective clients

- Excellent communication skills is a key pre-requisite

- Ability to forge effective working relationships with other members of the leadership team, and with direct reports

- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

- Strong financial and business acumen

- Able to work across a complex, changing environment to meet changing business needs

- Demonstrates clear and in-depth understanding of the Life Science contact center industry

COMMUNICATION SKILLS :

- Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and fluency in English

- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS :

- Operating in a fast-paced professional office environment

- May require domestic and overseas travel
