HCL - Demand & Supply Planner

Sales Forecasts :

- Responsible for analyzing the sell-thru plan submitted by the regional branch manager considering sales trends and other sales inputs like marketing campaigns, schemes etc.

- Analyzes the sales plan based on a sell-thru plan and channel inventory. Based on the analysis creates replenishment plan to manage availability.

- Participate in DSB meetings and basis that share supply visibility/information with a regional sales team.

- Responsible for escalating demand, supply, EOL and ramp-up & ramp-down concerns to the Business Head.

- Participates in the weekly sales call a meeting and supports the Regional Business Heads with business review information i.e. sales achievement, inventory levels and demand & supply concerns and highlight areas where support is required.

- Responsible for coaching & supporting new sales managers in demand forecasting.

Inventory Management :

- Review current inventory levels and advise on slow movers and out-of-stocks and coordinate between stakeholders to ensure corrective action is taken.

- Present excessive inventory concerns to the head office stakeholders seeking support and action plan.

- Monitors the inventory aging report and highlights issues to sales & logistics team

Collaborative Planning :

- Compile, monitor and analyze KPI's relevant to planning & inventory management for the region and influence the sales and logistics team to manage and improve performance.

- Analyzes the week wise sales forecasts and inventory levels for each SKU and works with Nokia collaborative planner to finalize the weekly procurement plans.
