The Product manager plays a critical and central role in HCL for evangelizing, defining and refining its Cyber Security Services Portfolio. The role requires someone with a combination of strong product management/ pre-sales skills, project/program management, consensus building and ability to coordinate resources from a variety of supporting teams. Candidates are expected to build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on their industry experience and their contact with customers, prospects, analyst etc. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans for all offerings within Cyber Security portfolio and accountability to ensure offerings are launched into the marketplace successfully. Also acting as the internal and external evangelist for the product offering working with the sales channel, partners, customers & Security OEM

Job Function :

- Drive Security services product strategy formation including market analysis, product concept development, and go to market design.

- Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking of existing products.

- Exploring market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and scanning competitor landscape and tracking analyst trends.

- Connecting with the target audience by clearly communicating how the technical features of the product will enhance their usage or work.

- Developing the go-to-market plan and Pre Sales and Sales orientation/enablement for existing and new services/products.

- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product/service.

- Developing commercial models (Opex & Capex) for new and existing services.

- Developing detailed service catalogs for each service definition and associated commercial and legal contract terms for the service.

- Understanding new security technologies/products and position them in relevant solution proposal

- Work with Presales / Sales team to ensure an appropriate techno-commercial solution in the proposal during Presales Cycle.

- Presenting security solutions to customer and internal stakeholders
