Experience : 11- 13 years

Education : B.E./ B. Tech./ M.E./ M. Tech

- Must have delivered RPA solutions using Blue Prism (BP)

- BP will be a leading technology suite in many of RPA engagements, and he/she should be able to lead solutions on all BP engagements

- Understands Blue Prism Delivery Framework

Have team leading skills/ project management/ daily client interaction so communication skills need to be good

- Tech leadership for a team of 15-40 resources and should be able to direct on multiple engagements

- Profile should have played a role of Tech Architect for 2-3 years to understand the nuances of organizations and have experience on RPA/ BP for last 1-2 years

- Should be ready to work as per client shifts

- Open to travel onsite as per project requirements
