HCL Tech is looking for the dynamic business development/account management person for Noida location.
Candidate needs to be from premium B-school
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in selling/closing deals in IT Services (SAP and Infra)

- To consultatively engage in existing business.
- Create and execute go to market plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- To develop an in-depth understanding of HCL's service and solutions portfolio.
- Design and execute an effective go-to-market strategy for the accounts managed.
- Demonstrate pursuit rigor and planning by preparing and publishing appropriate and timely go-to-market plan updates, prospect communications, campaign plans, proposals, pursuit plans etc.
- Provide accurate information/reports to Reporting Manager within agreed time scales.
- Schedule and run periodic sales and performance review meetings
- Keep up to date with the customer and competitive intelligence by Understanding market trends and its relevance in order to seed appropriate newer HCLs offerings
- Develop and manage excellent working partnerships with alliance partners and intermediaries relevant to your marketplace and services.
- Collaborating with the marketing team and internal key stakeholders for Effective communication to build branding
