Salesforce.com Production Support Specialist / Salesforce - Administrator / CRM- BA

Responsibilities:

- Provide superior customer service when working with users to resolve issues, owning those issues from initial troubleshooting through to resolution

- Take initiative and advise stakeholders on application enhancements based on knowledge of specific user feedback as well as broader experience with Salesforce.com, including other Salesforce.com integrated products

- Enable & own the data changes in SFDC. This would include other operational activities like account transfer, opportunity transfer.

- Work effectively with application stakeholders to determine application enhancements

- Take ownership of the Sales data and ensure it remains valid and up-to-date with the use of data maintenance tools. Routine campaign to clean up the sales data.

- Willingly and effectively document application configurations and setup processes for other team members

- Should be able to document the business requirements for the enhancement in the products

- Develop and implement training for users and keep training materials up-to-date as well as to provide ongoing advice, support and training to the user community

Skills:

- Mandatory Salesforce CRM Experience, with 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator or Force.com

- Knowledge of and experience with sales / marketing domains and related business processes, preferably in a professional services or technology domain

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong customer service ethic

- Experience with user account management including account creation and deletion as well as adjusting access level settings using profiles, roles, and permission sets

- Experience with user license management including tracking license utilization, license retrievals, and handling license procurement requests

- Experience developing reports and dashboards on Salesforce.com. In particular working with sales and marketing users to develop reports/dashboards for pipeline management, lead generation, and revenue forecasting

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a must have. Having a MBA is an advantage.
