Branding & Digital Marketing with Shiv Nadar Foundation

- Management of brand building and evangelization activities for creating brand salience for Brand Shiv Nadar Foundation and strategic branding projects for its institutions

- Support in management of brand's overall growth strategy and planning, as well as tactical operational activities

- Handle all the internal and external events organized by the marketing team to build employee connect as well as media/influencer connect

- Responsible for the creation of marketing and communication collateral such as mailers, brochures, posters, AVs, etc.

- Handling active engagement and awareness creation activities for the brand on all its digital assets (including strategy, media planning and buying, and creative design and publishing)

- Measuring relevant metrics to understand visibility and engagement across platforms and preparing weekly/monthly MIS reports for the management

- Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders and agencies to plan and execute activities and events

- Providing oversight and strategic support to the institutions of the Foundation in K12, Higher Education and Art sectors as and when needed

- Working closely with the leadership of the Shiv Nadar Foundation and its institutions on different strategic projects

Profile:
 
- 2-4 years of work experience

- MBA from a premier institution is a must

- Previous knowledge of social media, digital media, inbound marketing, etc. is preferable

- Smart, ambitious, strong communication skills, proven track record of making an impact in the organization, self-starter

- High on energy and ability to work in un-structured environment
