Job Description :

Delivery of compliant, professionally produced RFI/RFP response & Programme manage qualified opportunities

- Ensure adherence to Bid Management process

- Mobilise and manage resources for the bid along with Coordination and review / editing of proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and delivery

- Solution definition

- Financial modelling

- Articulation of differentiators

- Ensure quality of bid deliverables

- Facilitate win/loss review

- Bid Defence preparation and presentation

- Customer visit management

- Participation in Due diligence process & Contractual negotiations

- Support specific Bid Management internal initiatives to further enhance service capability and offer

- Ensure that our win rate is maximized through the appropriate and timely engagement of sales, delivery (solution coordination) and commercial teams

- Maintain Bid Management materials and collateral

- Enable and participate in Deal Reviews,Business Research, preparation of Domain specific solution offerings

- The role comes with the stated requirement of extended hours outside of normal India business hours. The individual will be required to stretch to accommodate calls and customer meeting requests in other time zones

Desired Skills and Experience :

Key Skills :

- B.E / B.Tech / CA / ICWA+ MBA from a premier institute or an equivalent record of performing at the level required for this role

- 8-10 years of experience in IT Solutioning & Delivery. Prior industry experience (Retail/CPG/Manufacturing) preferred

- Excellent understanding of IT delivery models and pricing models

- Strong experience in leading and managing bids + authoring proposals especially on Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) across multiple technology areas with hands-on experience with opportunity or proposal lifecycle / Good Estimation skills / Solution definition.

- Managed/Executed at least 2 application development or ERP Implementation projects

- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles
