HCL Business Services,Chennai is hiring for Assistant Vice President- Service Assurance &amp; Transformation Looking for a Senior professional to anchor service assurance &amp; transformation initiatives for multiple Business Units within HCL Business Services. The role will design the next gen Service Assurance framework inclusive of service transition/new client onboarding, elevating the current quality management system, strengthening the risk &amp; compliance posture and Service Transformation - Continuous improvement &amp; large scale transformation programs in key focus engagements. 1. Transition/New client onboarding - Provide oversight to all large transition programs - Ability to lead large complex transition programs &amp; key stakeholder management - Exposure to deploying large shared services/GBS in a multi geo/process/language coupled with compliance to complex regulatory landscape - Design &amp; Implement performance benchmarks that builds an operating model of the future - Build a playbook for next gen transition framework 2. Service Quality &amp; Transformation As a Quality leader across BUs responsible to - - Elevate the current QMS framework that can cater to unique service lines delivering to new age clients - Steer across BUs quality programs &amp; charter the quality roadmap - Anchor continuous improvement operations excellence &amp; transformation programs for focus/top 10 accounts. These programs need to be high visibility initiatives that will be periodically reviewed by clients- C-level execs - It will leverage HCL's centralized RPA/AI &amp; BPM teams to deliver on transformation - Commercialize new service lines resulting from Operations excellence or transformation initiatives 3. Risk &amp; Compliance - Evaluate the comprehensives of the BU's risk program inclusive of Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicator, Control Testing &amp; Incident Management - Monitor BU's risk scores &amp; lead the working committee to ensure remedies are appropriately actioned - Continue to strengthen the R&amp;C posture of the BUs &amp; work collaboratively with independent R&amp;C team of HCL
