Role Overview :

- We are looking for an individual to be part of the Digital Practice business unit for HCL Technologies.

- The individual will be accountable for recruitment implementation spread across multiple technology streams i.e. Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Analytics.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Identify problem areas in the recruitment channel and work towards creating efficient solutions

2. Creating a delightful candidate experience to ensure closure on the offers

3. Managing external vendor partners and headhunters in terms of adhere to compliance, creating pipelines for respective for job roles and timely feedback

4. Working closely with the PMO, Human Resources and business leadership to ideate and develop newer ways of hiring

Who We are looking for :

1. MBA graduate who graduated between 2017-2019 specializing in Human Resources or General Management

2. Proactive individual with zeal for recruitment with efficient communication skills
