HR (Associate Manager / Deputy Manager)
Job Description :
1. Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist
2. Good team handling experience is mandate (Min 5 Years)
3. Responsible for partnering with Customer / delivery units to understand the demands & prepare the plan of action for fulfilment
4. End to end responsibilities towards timely fulfilment without any billing loss
5. Looking resources only with experience into IT technologies only
6. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
7. Participate in the recruitment Weekday & Weekend activities
8. Exposure towards report generation / leadership meetings / customer escalations
9. Manage the Background Verification Process of the candidates for a smooth Onboarding Process
