HCL - Associate/Deputy Manager - Strategy

Brief: Organization is the holding co. of HCL Technologies, HCL Infosystems, Shiv Nadar University/Schools and Shiv Nadar Foundation

This is a very small team (current size: 2 members) working with the Founder & Chairman of HCL Corporation.

The current requirement is of 1 person with a total work experience level of 1-3 years. Preferably from 2017/2018 batches

Broadly, the person will be working :

- To support and lead the various strategic initiatives of the Chairman's office focused on the growth for the organization cutting across entities

- Augmenting and incubating new businesses within the group

- High-level business planning for the entities

- Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing

- Assist in M&A activities

Requirement :

- Ability to collect and utilize relevant business and industry trend information and to analyze this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques;

- Ability to plan and deliver sections of work against firm deadlines

- Strong commercial sense and project management skills

- Strong communication skills

- Any hands-on experience in business development and strategy roles would be beneficial;

Others:

- Associate Manager/ Deputy Manager- Designation dependent on experience level

- CTC Dependent on experience level. Expected hike - 25% - 30% on present CTC

- Location: Noida, Sector-126 Office.

- Looking for candidates with 1-3 years- total work experience.

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / Commerce Graduates + MBA, CFA (good to have).
