HCL - Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/AGM/AVP - Investment Banking/Reconciliation

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Internal reconciliation Capital markets working in Cash and Position Reconciliation especially in Fixed Income and Equities.

- Working experience in TLM (transaction life cycle management) and PLM is desirable.

- Prior experience in trade capturing, trade allocation, confirmation, fails investigation and fails management is an added advantage.

- Prior experience in a corporate action, pricing and performance is an added advantage.

- Should have exposure to various markets like Euro clear, EMEA, US etc.

- Should have worked on products like equities, fixed income and derivatives.

- Should have a good understanding of Trade Life cycle.

- Should have experience in navigating Bloomberg.

- Note: Candidates with 30 days or lesser notice period will be preferred-

Location : Hinjewadi

Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:

- Meet process SLAs.

- Liaising with various counterparties to resolve exceptions.

- Make or receive domestic and international calls.

- Create a participative work environment and thereby facilitate employee satisfaction.

- Compiles analyses and presents reports to the management as required.

- Lead and motivate team to facilitate achievement of SLA.

- Responsible for building and training the team and managing performance on an on-going basis.

- Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency.

Skills Required:

- Experience in capital markets operations / Hedge Fund operations / Derivative operations.

- Experience in cash, Income, position, trade reconciliation and trade settlements would be an added advantage.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good people management skills (Applicable for leadership roles)

- Ability to interact with Delivery Managers/ clients effectively and manage SLAs

- Ability to work under tight timelines.

- Willing to work in any shift including US / Night shift.

- Flexible to travel to another location like Vijaywada / Coimbatore OR Chennai for training purpose for 3-4 months (If required)

Salary offered: 15-24LPA
