The team you'll be part of:

AT HCLTech, we are on a fast-paced Digital Transformation journey. You will be part of the Digital Transformation Presales & Alliances organization within HCL's Digital Process Operations (DPO) practice. In your role of Alliances Lead, you will be heading a team of Alliance Managers responsible for identifying and managing our portfolio of technology alliances. Your team will be working in close cooperations with the Presales & Alliances Director, Client Success Managers, Presales/Solution consultants, and your Strategic Alliances counterparts in our technology partner organizations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an Alliance Manager / Alliance Lead for a GSI or large Technology Consulting firm. You should have demonstrable skills to work both at the strategic level to identify and execute Alliance Partnerships, and at the operational level to manage a portfolio of partners and a team of direct reports in the Alliances team. The role requires deep understanding of the many dimensions of Alliance Management - from pipeline generation and relationship building through to partnership levels, certifications, skills development, and training. The Alliance Lead will be familiar with the Digital Transformation core offerings and technology landscape:

1. Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

2. Data Science & Analytics

3. Next Gen technology platforms that augment & supplement end-to-end transformation - Process Mining, LCNC application development, Intelligent Workflow, API orchestration, Contact Center transformation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.

- Working with existing and future Alliance Partner organizations to pave the way and grow successful partnerships

- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company

- Lead the integration and GTM for solutions developed jointly with technology partners.

- Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.

- Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.

- Managing a team of Alliance Managers

- Representing HCL and its values at partner meetings, industry events, and technology conferences

- Market research, trend analysis, and insights for strategic alliance planning

- Categorization and effective management of strategic and opportunity partners

- Skills development & capacity planning

- Leveraging existing relationships within Digital Transformation industry leaders to reach deep into our partner organizations

Key skills, Competencies and Knowledge:

- 5+ years of relevant experience (Total Experience Minimum 12+ years)

- Excellent command of the English language both verbally and in writing

- Ability to travel nationally & internationally as necessary

- Experience in working as part of multi-cultural teams
