- Must Be a CA Fresher/ CA Final  - Coordination & working with the external agency hired for carrying out internal auditing.  - Follow up from all units of HCG and report presented to the Internal Auditor.   - Constant updates on Internal Audit Observation and Implementation Status.  - Internal Financial Control:Ensure Internal Financial Control as per Companies Act, 2013.  - Risk Control Matrix Design Testing, Operation Effectiveness Testing.  - Quarterly stock and Cash verification for assigned units and report the difference to the stock report to the Management.   - IPO Related validation of Operational Matrix and Infrastructure matrix for all units to be incorporated in financials to be published.  - Doctors Performance and Payout Analysis:- Perform payout and performance analysis of all Key Doctors across units and report to the HOD.  - Perform any other assignment given by the management on need basis.
