Position: Lead-Training  Reporting to: Senior Director - HR  Department: Human Resource  Location: Noida  Qualification: MBA - HR  Experience   - 3 - 5 years of experience in training function  - Should have worked in an organization / business unit for at least 500 employees   - Target Industries : IT Services / IT Product / BPO's / Consulting  - Individual contributor  Skills:   - Excellent Communication skills, good listener with pleasing personality  - Self-starter & Team Player  - Good Business Acumen  - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, word  - Stakeholder Management  - Knowledge of designing content and implementation of internal courseware  - Profound and practical experience as a learning & development facilitator / trainer  - Exceptional facilitation skills with ability to engage on-site and remote audiences, present content clearly using examples and analogies to achieve learning objective  - Passionate about creating a uniquely positive participant-centered learning environment  - Should have ability to effectively work with and communicate across all levels  - Knowledge of adult learning development, theory and practice, facilitation & training techniques  Responsibilities:  - Serve as an internal facilitator for existing curriculum designed by the Team  - Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as: instructor led classroom; webinar; role playing and simulations; team exercises; group discussions; videos; teleconference or video conference; self-paced; and e-learning.  - Attend and/or facilitate meetings as needed to understand how to support the objectives of the various business lines.  - Create, develop and maintain course materials, facilitator guides, instructor manuals, learner guides, hand-outs, reference materials and other materials and/or utilize purchased training programs that meet identified learning goals.  - Assist with identifying and closing organizational performance gaps.  - Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document learning and development programs.  - End to end coordination for all the training programs being held  - Collect the feedback and analyse the same on each program to evaluate on the effectiveness and areas of improvement.  - Maintain the training expenses sheet - both incurred and forecast and share the same with the HR head   - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices  - Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them  - Having experience on Designing Training Module for Behavioural Type Training will be an added advantage  - Responsible for tracking the MIS for trainings conducted and using the collated data to come up with trends and suggestions for improvement in the training process & metrics  About hCentive:  At hCentive, our mission is to empower everyone to gain access to health benefits through intuitive and personalized digital solutions.
