Job Description : - Shape the future direction of the clinical services business unit in partnership with the leadership team - Formulate business unit strategies along with the senior management team and assist in the implementation of the same - Scan new opportunities through alliances and affiliate partnerships - Assist in preparation of strategic plan/ business plans & proposals / operating plans/budgets for the business unit initiatives - Developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the business unit - Project management of key strategic initiatives - Lead annual and quarterly business planning and review exercises; track KPIs internally to ensure progress as planned - Preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations to the management - Regularly analyse the competitive landscape to understand areas of improvement Qualifications : - IITian with 2-4 years of experience. - Should have a strong flair for numbers, working knowledge about reporting practices/methodologies and an analytical bent of mind - Highly proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ERP tools - Should be knowledgeable about budgets, forecasts/projections, margin analysis etc. - Should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment.
