Reporting To: CEO

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Source, analyze, underwrite, diligence, close and monitor commercial real estate assets including offices, warehouses, data centers, schools, and hospitals across the top 6 cities

- Liaise with brokers, international property consultants and asset owners to sources real estate assets

- Analyze investment risks, growth opportunities, asset quality and projected returns

- Conduct diligence on the investment property including working with lawyers, brokers, and accountants.

- Create detailed excel models analyzing the opportunity including sensitivity tables as well as information memorandum to be consumed by fractional owners

- Work closely with Investments, Operations and Tech team to coordinate listing, funding, and asset management

- Build out the real estate acquisitions team to have capability of listing assets worth Rs. 500 crore on a monthly basis

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Complete knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Market or Investments Market.

- Strong financial analysis skills

- Strong network with local brokers and International Property Consultants

- Comfortable working in a start ; up environment.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
