HaystackAnalytics is looking for someone to help drive sales! Our ideal candidate has several years of sales experience and still gets excited whenever they meet a target! This role requires building and leading our sales team, so management and coaching will be a big part of the role. Because of that, we need someone who loves working with people and helping them succeed. If you have sales experience and are looking for an exciting challenge in a competitive market. The candidate must be willing to work outside their safe zones, dealing with the fast-paced nature of start-ups and working with people in an amicable way. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the candidate should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

- Build sales pitch and process for lead management

- Understanding the needs and pains of our customers and target market

- Evaluating, adjusting, and managing our sales pipeline

- Helping to develop annual and shorter-term sales strategies

- Building sales targets and goals and helping the team to achieve them

- Assisting HR with recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict management for the inside sales team

- Teaching new sales strategies and techniques and delivering other presentations as needed

- Coaching and giving constructive feedback as needed as well as celebrating achievements with the entire team

- Participating in sales meetings and providing updates

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, our competitors, and the buying habits of our target market

- Other duties as assigned

Requirement

- Preference to the candidate with 5+ experience in a Marketing leadership role, preferably within the healthcare / FMCG industry

- Experience running successful consumer marketing campaigns

- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals and project management skills.

- Professional communication skills through phone calls, emails, online details, etc.

- Experience using CRM software is required

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Exposure to Inside Sales especially for high-value products
