- Help design and implement end to end HR strategies, initiatives and processes aligned to the organization's corporate mission and overall business strategy in conjunction with relevant business leaders
- Overall control of the personnel / human resource function in the organization
- Identify and roll out different OD interventions that would have a high impact in driving Organization culture and performance.
- Drive effective implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Recruitment and selection of the right talent across levels
- Develop and implement remuneration and reward processes
- Design and develop interventions/certification programs to strengthen the capability of members across functions and levels in the organization
- Develop function and level specific competency frameworks and integrate the framework with key HR processes in the organization
- Design and implement structured interventions for leadership development for mid to senior levels of the
organization
- Implement organizational change initiatives, people development and career development processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff
- Keeping the board informed on personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy
- Improving management / employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising line managers on how to implement personnel policies
- Ensuring compliance with employment law
- Ensuring that health and safety procedures are adequate
