a. Business Growth - Deliver Exponential Sales Growth by appointing right channel partners (super stockist & rural distributors) and ensuring product penetration.
b. Rural Channel Expansion - Appointment of channel partners as per the plan / strategy devised and ensure presence of product categories in the rural territory.
c. Category Expansion - Ensure all product categories are billed to the rural towns every quarter indicating the depth of distribution.
d. Town wise Productivity - Ensure town wise productivity as per minimum norms agreed.
e. Team Management - Hiring of Rural Sales Officers, Periodic engagement and reviews with team thereby motivation and alignment to business objectives are ensured.
f. Alignment to Organization Initiatives - 100% compliance to organization initiatives such as SFA, DMS, Sales through RD app etc.
