1. Should have handled large geographies or regions and have led team in previous/current role.
2. Exposure in delivering budgeted sales, margin delivery, channel expansion, team building and retention.
3. Candidate must have experience in Fan with current role of AGM/DGM handling a region.
4.Channel expansion by setting up distribution channel across general trade in relevant retail outlets.
5.Provide right forecasting, inventory control to manage profitability & growth
6.Drive Revenue Mkt Share growth YOY for the region.
7.Drive tertiary and secondary sales - primary sales would be a resultant figure. Maintain commercial discipline - receivables, inventory
