Hiring CAC R&D Head for our Centre For Research & Innovation

We are Hiring for LLOYD AC

Position - Commercial AC Head

Experience - 15+ Years , Should have experience of team handling of 15+ employees

Base Location - Havells India, Centre For Research & Innovation- Noida

Product Handled - Commercial AC, CAC, VRF Products

Responsibilities :

1. Coordination with OEM for Design, Validation & testing of VRF products

2. Heat Load calculation & Equipment selection

3. Competitor Benchmarking, Technical as well as Commercial

4. Inhouse Design/Development & Infra setup for VRF products.

5. Product Roadmap strategy formulation in line with sales team

6. Controller logic Development/Validation t & Localization.

7. Co-ordination with Sales/production/quality/Purchase team

8. New Model/Part Development for Domestic as well as Export Market.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

1. Having in-death knowledge of HVAC system selection, design & development

2. Knowledge of Psychrometric Lab/Balanced ambient lab for air conditioners & testing as per ISO/AHRI/IS

3. Knowledge of VRF product development. Commissioning & troubleshooting

4. Having knowledge of BIS/BEE Certification/NABL Accreditation/Export Certification

5. Must have experience of designing VRF product (Indoor + Outdoor unit)
