DESIGNATION:- Senior Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive any projects as devised from Head Office team from time to time

- Drive adoption of modern payment solutions amongst LCOs for their customers for bettercustomer experience

- Drive DTH conversion in LCO areas

- Work with Field Team to implement changes in packaging, price changes

- Monitor and drive STB Retrievals

- Functional Competency: Proficiency in Project Management, Customer Service, Sales Operations

- Behavioural Competency: Interpersonal Skills, Organising and Time management, Communication skills, Problem-solving approach

- Should be familiar with the local geography and market dynamics of this business

- Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu

Location:- Hyderabad

Qualification :- Post Graduate / MBA with Expertise Project Management

Experience:- 8 -12 years in Cable TV / DTH / Broadcasting / Telecom / FMCG / NBFC
