Hathway - Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Sales

- Drive the Area Managers and Field Executives for end to end Base Management

- Ensure Churn is controlled below AOP levels

- Close-loop leads generated for New Sales

- Motivate team for achievement of Monthly & AOP targets

- Work with Special Projects person to execute the strategy devised for performance enhancement

- Functional Competency: Business Development, Planning & Reporting, Proficiency in Sales, Knowledge of Broadcast / Media / Cable TV / DTH / Telecom Business

- Behavioural Competency: Leadership Skills, Analytical Skills, People Management Skills, problem-solving approach

- Should have knowledge of Local Business Dynamics

- Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Local language
