Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
Project/Service Planning :
- Build and maintain project/sprint plans, with support from Product Owners
- Coordinate with Delivery Manager to plan schedules and resource allocation
- Create and deliver internal progress reports
Project/Service Delivery :
- Set up and lead calls with internal tech teams, delivering projects and/or services on a regular basis
- Act as the interface between internal tech teams and customer or third party teams to have queries answered and issues resolved
- Lead day-to-day delivery on the project
Customer Relationship :
- Create and deliver customer-facing progress reports for development & maintenance
- Build collaborative, positive relationship with the customer
- Lead PMYs project-based communication with the customer
Support & Maintenance :
- Oversee support requests for allocated apps/solutions
- Allocate 2nd line support requests to appropriate team members, coordinating with team leaders
- Ensure maintenance items are carried out on schedule and with minimum possible impact to development projects and service provision

- Ability to lead remote, multi-national teams
- Ability to work flexibly across customers and technologies
- Data integrations and/or app development experience
Understanding of :
- Databases and Tools in cloud platforms (Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure preferred)
- DevOps methodology and processes
- Relational Database design
- UI/UX cross-platform design
- Customer support experience
