Description The Business and Innovation team (B&I) is responsible for taking Harappa offerings to the market; build and sustain Harappa clientele and drive innovation in Harappa products by acting as an active channel between internal teams and external stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Partnerships to help us empower corporate employees in bridging the gap between formal education and workplace skills. The expectation of this role is to identify, conceptualize, build, implement and sustain strategic alliances with leading companies, organizations and institutes to achieve our business metrics. Role - Prospect, develop and close enterprise partnerships to deliver upon progressive revenue goals - Nurture and develop existing and current partnerships with clients and explore more avenues of engagement (upsell) by assuming end to end ownership of customer success - The position's success will be measured primarily against its performance in the above 2 Business Development and sales indicators; while below-mentioned indicators would also be an important measure of success - Ensure quick turnaround time on client deliverables with impeccable quality - Co-create exclusive product offerings and campaigns for client partners to drive key metrics for Harappa - Own day to day relationships with existing partners by being their single point of contact for all incoming queries - Be market ears to product and content teams to drive innovation in the Harappa Offerings - Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver all agreed deliverables Requirements - MBA or equivalent Master's degree with 4+ years of work experience (preferably in sales management) with demonstrated success in business development and partnerships - Experience in structuring deals and successfully negotiating them with C-suite stakeholders at companies of various size - Open to travel on short notice - Prior experience in a similar role (preferably in education) will be an added advantage - Roll up your sleeves attitude to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
