Description :&nbsp; - Business and Innovation team (B&amp;I) at Harappa is responsible for taking Harappa offerings to the market; build and sustain Harappa clientele; drive learner engagement to fruition; lead innovation in Harappa products by acting as an active channel between internal teams and external feedback. - We are looking for an experienced&nbsp; Manager, Marketing to lead client research and derive actionable intelligence from it. The synoptic expectation of this role is to actively support the B&amp;I function by generating market insights and conducting secondary research on potential clients to facilitate the client acquisition process. - You are a great fit if you enjoy learning about new industries, excel in deriving insights from research and are keen to be part of a vibrant start-up journey. Role :&nbsp; - Providing well-researched analysis and actionable intelligence to determine growth opportunities, market positioning, and strategic business issues - Generate insights about potential clients that would enable effective lay ground for effective discovery conversation and subsequent conversions - Conduct competitive audit by gathering and evaluating relevant market and competitor information to review market position, determine threats and benchmark competitor marketing activities - Conduct studies to determine sales trends, market share, and other relevant information ability to reproduce them in consumable format - Discover specific tactical information, including answers to questions about specific costs, technology, and product information that can be leveraged by the B&amp;I team Requirements :&nbsp; - Degree with 4+ years of research experience (preferably in market insights and customer success domain) - Ability to translate complex reports and analyses into simple - business speak- - Able to articulate insights in a concise way, both written and verbal - Ability to connect the dots and generate insights, prioritize business questions and recommendations - Roll up your sleeves- attitude to thrive in a highly dynamic environment - Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal directions
