- The role entails managing relationships with Clients and Partners of Haqdarshak and ensuring continued sources of revenue through repeat business from existing clients. It involves close collaboration with all stakeholders of the organization to ensure client requirements are met, agreements strictly adhered to by all parties, and internal systems and processes are duly followed. Above all, the role will seek to deliver customer delight with a high level of integrity and imagination.

- The role has direct P&L responsibility contributing to the larger revenue objectives of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of existing client relationships by ensuring contact and communication at a regular frequency

- Build relationships with mid and senior leaders in corporates / government / non-profits who are clients / prospects

- Understand stated client requirements, the nature of their business, the ecosystem and potential new business opportunities for Haqdarshak

- Continuously identify opportunities where the client can deliver welfare schemes, aligned to SDG goals to which it is committed

- Ensure projects are agreed upon in conjunction with the Delivery & Operations and collaborate with them to ensure commitments made to clients are reasonable, and tracked to fulfilment

- Track client satisfaction through a feedback mechanism, and work on generating a high positive NPS score

- Develop an in-depth understanding ESG metrics, how delivery of welfare schemes can be tied in with all three of its pillars, and help clients comply with ESG norms

- Ensure all client data, contacts and key requirements are captured and updated regularly and leverage tech to ensure client records and history is maintained in a single repository

Education Qualification

- Graduation: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Post-graduation: MBA or a Master's degree in any disciplin
