Haptik is currently looking out for a Product Manager to manage lead the in-app monetization strategy for the company. S/he will be responsible for developing industry first chatbots that optimize brand as well as performance advertising for products across the BFSI, Travel, FMCG and many other domains. An ideal candidate will be someone who is highly data driven and understands the Indian digital advertising industry well. This position directly reports to the VP of Product and works closely with the Founders. Responsibilities: - Research, strategize and implement features for advertising chatbots with a key focus on conversion optimization - Own the financial services verticals within Haptik as a key monetization property - Manage end to end product development working closely with developers, designers and other relevant teams - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive overall usage of these bots - Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact - Have a deep understanding of the Haptik user - Work closely with relevant ecosystem partners to develop long term strategies and drive exponential growth Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager at a leading Fintech or Ad-Tech company - Bachelors/Master's Degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute like IIT, BIT, NIT, etc. or US/UK - Strong understanding of the consumer internet ecosystem particularly the BFSI domain - Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
