Haptik is currently looking out for someone to lead the monetization for users across its entire publisher platform. You need to be someone who understands the mobile internet ecosystem both from a product and business standpoint. This role is ideal for someone who has run P&amp;L for an internet business in India, and wants to be at the cutting edge of AI technology. You will be reporting directly to the CEO. Job Responsibilities: - Identify and strategize monetization channels for Haptik consumers including advertising, transaction and subscription. - Prioritize and close Sales to meet our revenue and gross profit objectives. Focus attention on the highest priority accounts that are in line with the company strategy. - Manage and run day to day advertising operations including optimizing customer success. - Create and continuously improve sales materials, presentations, and documentation for all of our offerings. - Research areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products. Work with Product Management and Development to provide solutions for new potential clients. - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and a positive reputation within the industry. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred - 4-8 years of experience in consumer internet, digital ad sales, or related field - Ideally worked across both product management and business development functions - Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills - Strong leader as well as excellent teamwork - Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced startup environment
