Happydemic is an initiative started by Radhika Mukherji, Singer Shaan's wife, & Amar Pandit, Managing Director of My Financial Advisor & Happyness Factory. The company was launched on 17th April 2016 with a vision to spread happiness in the lives of artistes and customers.

Job brief:

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who loves to solve customers' problems. You will be in charge of the company's strategic corporate accounts. You will also be in charge of finding new business and assigned prospects.

Tasks involve prospecting, opening strategic accounts, manage existing accounts, strategic planning, sales support, and coordination. If you perform under pressure and have a penchant to build relationship, you're best suited.

Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:

- Opening accounts by leveraging multiple communication channels and prospecting methodologies

- Performing qualitative research on prospective, as well as existing accounts, to understand industry and company gaps

- Identifying problem areas for the accounts and designing solutions and closing business

- Strategizing for account farming and mining

- Generate regular business from client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling

- Working seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams with the goal of value creation for accounts

- Forecasting and tracking client account metrics

- Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines

- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals/ margins

- Timely payment collection

- High level of ownership

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Experience: 4 - 6 years in Sales and Analytics is desirable Solutions and Service selling experience is a must

Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:

- BBM/BMS/BA or any Graduation certification

- Preferable - Sales Certifications
