Job Title: Associate/Lead Customer Risk Management

Roles and responsibilities:

- The candidate will be playing an integral role in the post disbursement customer engagement from a risk perspective.

- Designing and executive customer engagement communication & selecting medium of communication for risky customers to drive repayments.

- Early intervention to low and medium risk customers to ensure timely repayments and no bounces to high risk bucket.

- Utilising digital tools to improve contactibility rate for all risky customers.

- Provide inputs to Risk/Collections team for any early warning alerts, geographical trends, any suspected frauds.

- Supporting internal and external assessments/audits, contributing to policy and standards updates

- Developing Risk and compliance framework and producing Risk and compliance reports, metrics, scorecards and dashboards

Minimum Qualification:

- 5-8+ years of experience in information security, compliance, audit and/or risk management

- Familiarity with audit, business and segregation of duties, risks, and controls

- Ability to foresee and identify mitigation strategies for risks

- Experience with risk management reporting, metrics and executive dashboards.

- 3+ years of experience with internal controls and performing risk assessments
