They are looking for a HR Manager who will primarily focus on Happiness Management but will also take care of Business HR responsibilities. This position currently is remote due to Covid but will be Kandivali, Mumbai based once things are back to normal. Hence only Mumbai candidates are preferred or those who are okay to relocate. Role: Happiness Management Officer (HR Manager) Job type: Full time Experience: 5 to 10 years Responsibilities - Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Organizational strategies, Goals and Objectives - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Nurture a positive working environment - Attendance, Leave, Insurance management - Salary processing and Salary compliance (Tax computation, Tax savings, Form 16, PF, ESIC) - Full and Final settlement - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements : - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. - People oriented and results driven - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
