Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop and lead the overall Warehousing and Logistic strategic and operational plans aligned to budget. - Handling entire Warehousing operations - commercials, product & operations while managing process improvements - Optimizing Costs and putting in place the WMS process and framework - Design innovative strategies to improve customer experience and fulfilment operations - Improving delivery NPS, Cost per order, returns, damages and RTO management and onboarding new courier partners - Ensure coordinated supply chain functioning to maximize operations and delivery - Manages execution, and ensures results are achieved. Partners Sales, Planning, and - Customer Service to ensure high customer service and optimal service levels. - Provides primary support to all business improvement initiatives to increase the capability and efficiency of Logistics, & Distribution operations. - Manages the third-party logistics service providers in the transportation functions in ensuring efficient fulfilment of customer orders, the proper storage and handling of products and on-time delivery of goods. - Leads the analysis of processes, systems, practices and procedures to continually and incrementally improve and maximize effectiveness, and efficiency, and drive down costs. - Manages the Transportation budget. - Ensures that the safety policies and programs and hazardous material handling requirements are enforced - Day-to-Day Execution Coordination - Hire, motivate, train, and sustain a high-performance Warehouse team - Manage for cost and productivity in warehouse operations - Prepares SOPs and ensures adherence for fulfilment processes Desired Candidate Profile : - The position will be responsible for leading Logistics, Distribution and Warehousing. Requirements : - Should have relevant work experience. - Minimum of 10 years of business experience in Supply Chain, Distribution and Logistics / Transportation portfolio management - Exposure to Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) tools and Warehousing & Exports - Experience in working with the FMCG / Food Industry is a must
