Title : Transition Manager (Big Data/Cloud/Unified Communications)

Reports to : Practice Head

Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

- Minimum 12 years of experience required in managing IT Infrastructure

- Good Hands-on Knowledge in 1-2 Service Line competencies such as Service Desk, Desktop Services, Server Support, Storage, Email & Collaboration, Database, Middleware, Network and Security domains.

- Interact with Account Focal change agent to ensure they are prepared to implement.

- Responsible for Proposal writing/Solutioning

- Prior experience in Client relationship management is essential

- Handled atleast two major IT infra transitioning is must. Hands on experience in handling IT support services transition

- Transition governance reporting (risk management, identification, mitigation)

- Strong experience in Engagement and Negotiation Experience.

- Financial / Costing Experience, Knowledge of staffing ratios etc will be an advantage

- Transformation/Migration experience must

The ideal candidate should have the following :

- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience

- Prince 2 or PMP certification

- Knowledge of Microsoft Project tool

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Should hold a Valid passport
