Title : Senior Leadership position in the IMSS Practice

Reports to : CEO

Role : The practice head in the Infrastructure Management and Security Services Business unit helps to lead the growth and management of all facets of the business, primarily by using this global position and perspective to assist the local geographies.

This requires demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership in of the core domains: Infrastructure Strategy, Transformation Services and Managed Services in Data Networks, Messaging and Collaboration, Voice, Video, ITSM Process, ITSM Tools, Remote infrastructure management, end user devices, Servers, Database, Datacenter, cloud and BYOD

Description :

Marketing and Sales :

- Work with global solutions teams and across local geographies to provide necessary practice support to drive deals

- Provide demonstration of Happiest Minds credentials in the core Infrastructure domains as mentioned above

- Work closely with the global and local solution design teams in developing client presentations, RFP responses and SOWs

- Provide a focal point for geographies to help understand capabilities, offerings, client references

- Become a recognized thought leader in one of the core domains, utilizing conferences, white papers, client presentations to build awareness of Happiest Minds credentials

- Be accountable for driving the revenue in the Geography

Delivery :

- Working with global and local teams, help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery

- Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity and geography needs

- Participate in Project Governance as required

- Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Infrastructure Services portfolio

Practice :

- Provide global practice leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement

- Contribute content and advice to the offering development process

- Help shape the emerging model of the global unified communications and device management practice

- Create service accelerators and differentiates for the practice

People :

- Help establish capability and skills models for the core domain

- Become a role model for global practitioners in the core domain

- Mentor team of professionals and create an effective practice structure that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions

- Help build the CoE around identified technologies

- Work with partners and training schools, content creations/validations, build Labs and an effective pipeline for various business units

Experience Required :

- Required at least 10 years experience in consulting and systems integration in a top tier professional services firm

- At least 15 years experience working in projects related to the Infrastructure domain

- Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions.

- Experience working with Infrastructure and Security practitioners

- Understanding of Gross Margins, P&L Management

- Readiness to travel 50-75%

- Experience in Lead generation, Presales and solution support leading & transforming large scale service delivery & operations team, complex service transitions.

- Customer onboarding and long term account management

- Good overall understanding of IT infrastructure design, IT operations, Data center maintenance, Vendor co-ordination, Voice & Data Network setups, End User computing areas

- Experience in maturing independent programs and delivering them, independently.
