Solutions Product Manager- Customer Analytics (IT Services)

Role Details :

We are looking for a solutions product manager who can take end to end lifecycle responsibility for our Digital Transformation Solutions: From idea conceptualization, formalization, working with engineering team for prototyping, customer on-boarding, positioning, branding, marketing, sales & business development, and scaling out the solution into a profitable business line.

- Deep knowledge of the Customer Experience space: Customer Loyalty, Customer Service, CRM, Personalization, Customer Analytics, Customer Advocacy, Digital Marketing, Assisted Selling, User Experience

Qualifications : MBA / Post Grad from a reputed institute, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Experience required :

- 12 -14 years overall industry experience comprising

- Software Product Management

- Digital Enterprise & Digital Transformation

- Experience in Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud Technologies
