Responsibilities :

- Developing and implementing a messaging strategy & Marketing content

- Execute the planning, development and execution of strategic regional communications programs (Content writing, Public Relations, Executive Communications, Internal communications and External Communication) in India & Globally

- Enhance awareness and understanding of the Happiest Minds vision, solutions, strategies and value propositions

- Responsible to drive the PR and other elements of the communications portfolio as an integral part of Marketing team plans.

- Create an overall strategy for PR agencies, including criteria for selection, review, budget and metrics

- Experience in Marketing & corporate communication, Content writing, Public Relations, Internal Communication, Events, Branding and Digital Strategies.

- Liaising with all the key stakeholders in the organization

- Creating various kinds of collateral like case studies, articles, white papers, thought leadership to be distributed through various channels; Tracking and analyzing metrics for the collateral success

Experience Required :

- 10 - 14 years experience with a passion for creative thinking to help build Brand image for Happiest Minds Technologies and its customers in the B2B and B2C space.

- Strong PR skills and relations to help the company to enhance the brand positioning

- A skilled communicator experienced across large stakeholder base including media, board, management, investors, employees, B2B customers

- Corporate communication expert in multicultural environments and skills honed across multiple Domains would be an added advantage

- Experience in IT/Software industry is a must
