Job Responsibilities :

- Gather Business requirements from the business owners to understand and define the most efficient business process and help in integration

- Be the functional expert on key internal processes like Order to Cash, Hire to Retire and Procure to Pay.

- Responsible for process facilitation and thought leadership

- Review and improve internal processes through cross-functional collaboration and driving a number of process and operational programs

- Conceptualizing, developing and activating plans/projects to support the new vision of Information systems and drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of identified programs.

- Internal partners include : Business groups, HR, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Procurement, Legal and others

- Manage the project discovery experience and be involved in improving our process consulting practice and also propose solutions

- Be the business liaison between the IS team and Business Owners to deliver the identified Process automation and business efficiency improvements.

- Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and decision makers

- Recommend deliverables and collaborate with the project teams through approved initial concept.

- Develop clear understanding of stakeholders needs and manage expectations accordingly

Experience required :

- A Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience & the last 4 years experience in operations, process and project/program management.

- Excellent communication skills with strong project management skills

- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and make decisions quickly, self-motivated, work independently, ability to work under pressure and timelines

- Experience and familiar with methodologies and project tools such as PRINCE 2, PMI and Microsoft Project is desirable
