Job Description :

- Develop comprehensive performance analysis of Global operations, putting data models and analytics in place.

- Work with leadership teams to implement tracking and reporting of operations metrics across Business Units

- Partner with cross functional teams to develop and enhance process, tools, workflow

- Create projects in liaison with finance teams

- Reviewing and cleansing of data to maintain data integrity

Skill set requirements :

- Around 2-4 years of experience in Business Operations.

- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Statistics

- Good Proficiency in MS Excel and MS office, VBA-Macros, SQL desirable

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed with willingness to learn.

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical thinking & Problem solving

- Analyze available metrics, reports and other information to identify trends and needs.

- Must be well organized with keen attention to detail with demonstrated effective follow-up skills.
