Education : BE/MBA

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead the Analytics in the Digital Transformation Business unit and spearhead all Pre Sales & Solutioning initiatives.

- Define the service offering roadmap in the Advanced Analytics space

- Working closely with sales teams, client interfacing, collateral development, research and assistance in lead generation, deal closure.

- Create value proposition for Go-to-Market strategy developing offerings and identifying market segments

- Responsible for Solution identification & development pertaining to Analytics

- Thought Leadership and ability to build Analytics strategy and contribute to larger DTES strategy, understanding Market and Technology trends and translating that into Service Offerings, building plan/strategy to meet financial targets like Gross Margin and revenue and Operational targets like utilization etc

- Responsible for building the team from scratch and to hire the talent in this space rapidly and growing the team through its incubation phase

Experience Required :

- A Engineer/MBA with 14- 17 years with excellent knowledge of Analytics and understanding of Conceptual selling

- Possess excellent Leadership and communication skills

- Should have Multiple Domain exposure - Retail, CPG, BFSI, Travel and Logistics, Media and Entertainment, Manufacturing etc
