Job Title : Senior Business Development Manager - Analytics (Associate Director/Director/Vice President)
Location : Anywhere in US
Reporting to : Head of Industry Solutions
Experience : 5-10 years OR 12-18 years

Job Description:
- Spearhead and manage the Business Development efforts in Analytics in the United States region
- Achieve agreed sales targets, work with the extended geo sales and offshore practice & inside sales team
- Call on customers, set up meetings, introduce the Happiest Minds Technology solutions to customer base, build common agreement between customer and delivery teams regarding technical and commercial terms of the requirement and conclude the business
- Experience in selling Analytics solutions across Customer & Marketing Analytics, Operational Analytics and Digital Analytics across industry verticals with a focus on retail, ecommerce, technology, banking & manufacturing.
- Experience in selling to Enterprise and SME customers including, but not limited to the areas of Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Financial services and Insurance, Entertainment, Travel and Transportation, and Government Services markets.
- Attend meetings, tradeshows and exhibitions to build awareness about the company in his territory, build contacts and networks to gain in-depth understanding of the market and customer requirements, and help Happiest Minds develop appropriate Go-to-market strategies
- Should have very good understanding of the US market - should bring prior network and rolodex
Candidate profile:
- He/She should have 5+ years of experience in handling client relationships, with at least the last ONE year in the Analytics space in United States or 12+ years exp with atleast the last 4-5 years in the Analytics space
- Exposure to BI-DW, Big Data related technologies will be a plus
- Should have good communication and technical appreciation skills
- Should be willing to travel frequently and meet clients at locations across US
- Should have a track record of building and executing successful sales strategies
