ROLE : PR &amp; Corporate Communications Specialist LOCATION : Bangalore YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 5-8 years Responsibilities : PR &amp; Media : How will you make the product and the company newsworthy - how will you make the media stand up and take notice? - Craft story pitches that make Happay newsworthy - Drive the media narratives for key audiences including customers &amp; other stakeholders - Share the vision of the company with the media in a clearly defined cadence, maintain a uniform tone and voice across all media and brand communications - Feed the PR agency with information on the product, the business objectives, competitor updates on a frequent basis - Take ownership of press releases, authored articles, award nominations, briefing documents, media pitches, storyboards, etc. - Build a quarterly messaging roadmap that is consistent with Happay's brand and business strategy Newsletters &amp; tailored-Email campaigns : We don't do newsletters and emailers just because we have to. It's not about slapping some content on an emailer to meet a monthly or a bi-monthly quota - it needs to have a clear objective &amp; a purpose and requires a thoughtful and methodical approach. - Identify the key stakeholders who matter to us the most - create a custom list with the help of different customer-facing teams - Curate content from different sources that this particular audience will appreciate and find relevant - Closely track the performance of the newsletters and emailers; keep updating the list - Over time, build a deep understanding of this growing audience and what they care about Integrated communication campaigns : When we have something new and exciting to share, how will you make sure it is communicated to different audiences via different channels - via integrated campaigns? - Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns with the marketing team for the release of new solutions, new partnerships &amp; alliances, new product integrations, etc.&nbsp; through various touchpoints - emailers, blogs, PR, newsletters, etc. Analyst relations : - Have a firm grasp of the target market, understand the corporate positioning - Develop relationships with industry analysts who work for independent research &amp; consulting firms communicate the corporate message and value proposition. - Facilitate analyst briefings and interviews - Preparing analyst briefing tours, presentations, and documents - Responding to analyst inquiries, monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics
