We are now setting ourselves up to scale faster ROLE : Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 3-7 years Responsibilities and Duties : - Publish monthly/weekly reports for various internal and external reporting. - Keep daily/weekly/monthly track of key metrics and trends using analytical rigor to inform the larger team of any insights. - Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. - Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. - Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. - Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables - Work closely with Clients and managers across the organization to understand business requirements and work on solutions to ensure business questions are properly answered. - Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, etc. to drive key business decisions. - Ensure data accuracy by validating existing data sources, reports and ensuring data integrity. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Statistics or Management. - Minimum 1+ years of experience in Project Management, AGILE, or Management streams. - Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion. - Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. - Ability to apply analytics in the operational aspects of the business - understanding the service levels, turnaround time etc. - Experience with building insights using varied/alternate data sources. - Actively collaborate with the operations & finance teams, and other relevant stakeholders. - Move seamlessly between business problems. - Present complicated analytical solutions to a non-technical audience with the intention towards building data driven and therefore efficient processes. - Readiness to work in a highly results-oriented and fast changing landscape in a fintech start-up. Key skills : - Fluency in preparation of reports, MIS & data visualization. - Fluency with Microsoft Excel. - Fluency with JIRA. - Prior experience in any of the popular visualization tools like Power BI, Data Studio or Tableau is an advantage.
