ROLE : Regional Manager - West (Fleet Xpress) LOCATION : Mumbai YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 1 - 3 year About Fleet Xpress : Fleet Xpress is an automated expense management solution helping fleet operators go completely cashless and paperless. With annual transactions of over $500M on the FleetXpress platform, we are on a steep growth curve to capture the rapidly growing logistics expense market. Roles and Responsibility : Responsibilities : - Manage the Fleet Xpress sales team for the assigned zone - Ensure the targets for the zone are achieved - Hunt and close enterprise accounts in the zone - Find and onboard new channel partners - Manage relationship with existing partners and ensure a consistent pipeline of leads - Plan out/strategise the expansion of territories and sales team across the zone Eligibility : - Team management, partner/channel management - Prior exposure to the logistics sector will be preferred - Prior 1-3 yrs of leadership experience in enterprise/direct sales with a proven track record of achieving targets for the entire team - Polished, great relationship management skills - Good technical know-how/consultative sales experience
